Service Description
Norton is a digital subscription service that provides multiple layers of protection for your devices. The service is accessible through a mobile subscription with internet access.
Access Conditions
The Service is available only to residents of Bulgaria using a supported mobile operator.
The User must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of the mobile number owner.
Access to the Service may vary depending on technical availability, the User's device, internet connection and mobile operator network coverage.
Registration and Subscription
The subscription is activated after confirmation by the User through direct billing with their mobile operator.
By confirming the subscription, the User expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Fees and Billing
The applicable price depends on the selected Service:
Norton 360 Standard Scam Protection – 3 devices: €10.99 per month
Norton 360 Premium Scam Protection – 10 devices: €11.99 per month
Norton VPN Ultimate – 10 devices: €17.99 per month
Charges are added directly to the User's monthly mobile invoice or deducted from their prepaid mobile balance.
The subscription automatically renews every month until it is cancelled.
Billing Cycle and Promotions
The Service is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Payment is charged in advance at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
At the end of each billing cycle, the subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless the User cancels it or the subscription is terminated by the Service Provider.
Any promotional or trial conditions, where applicable, will be clearly communicated before the subscription is activated.
Cancellation
The User may cancel the subscription at any time by sending the relevant cancellation keyword to 14703:
Norton 360 Standard Scam Protection – 3 devices: send STOP MNSP
Norton 360 Premium Scam Protection – 10 devices: send STOP MNPP
Norton VPN Ultimate – 10 devices: send STOP MVPN
To prevent the next renewal charge, the cancellation request should be submitted before the next billing date.
After cancellation, access to the Service will remain available until the end of the already-paid subscription period. The subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.
The User may reactivate the subscription at a later date.
Right of Withdrawal
The User is not subject to any long-term commitment and may cancel the subscription at any time.
By requesting immediate access to the digital Service, the User acknowledges that the Service may begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period. Where applicable under Bulgarian and European Union consumer law, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the digital Service has been fully supplied with the User's prior express consent.
Refunds
Fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a confirmed billing error.
Any complaint concerning an incorrect charge should be reported to customer support or to the relevant mobile operator.
User Obligations
The User may not resell, distribute, transfer or provide third parties with access to the Service.
The Service must be used lawfully and without fraud, abuse or any activity that may interfere with its operation.
Liability
Gigaplay OÜ does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Gigaplay OÜ is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by the mobile operator, internet connectivity, technical issues, force majeure or the actions of third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum liability to the User will not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service during the previous three months.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks and materials available are owned by, licensed to or lawfully promoted by Gigaplay OÜ and its partners.
The User receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Service.
Changes to the Service and Terms and Conditions
Gigaplay OÜ reserves the right to modify the content, features, prices or conditions of the Service.
Any material changes will be communicated to the User through the website, the Service or the relevant mobile operator, as required by applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection
Gigaplay OÜ processes personal data necessary to provide and manage the Service, which may include the User's mobile number, IP address, device information and subscription data.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Bulgarian data protection legislation.

Suspension and Termination
Gigaplay OÜ may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful use or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union legislation.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights available to the User.
